Private, Intimate Dinner Parties

Chris LaVecchia is Long Island’s Premier, In-Home Private Chef. He offers exceptional, intimate dining, in the comfort of your home. Chef curates an exquisite, 5-Course tasting menu based on your preferences using the INTAKE FORM. Spoil your loved ones with a Romantic Date Night for 2, Couples Date Night, Dinner for 4, or larger Dinner Parties of 6 or more, up to as many as your dining room or backyard can hold.

There are SAMPLE MENUS on the website with Chef Chris’ signature dishes, and creations. However, every menu is completely customized, and tailor fitted to your preferences. He focuses on your favorite ingredients & proteins, while working around all allergies & dietary restrictions. Larger parties of 6-8 include an Assistant Sous Chef. Parties of 10-12 includes 1 Steward/Server, as well as additional staff on larger parties.

Chef Chris does all of the shopping, and arrives at your house about 4-5 hours before start time. Stewards/Servers arrive at your house about an hour before start time.

Not only will you feel like a guest in your own house, but you can enjoy your company without having to worry about serving, cooking, or cleaning up. We handle everything from the moment we arrive, to the time we leave, leaving your kitchen area spotless.
