Daily Chef Services are designed for clients who want the convenience of a dedicated private chef without the structure of a formal dining event. This is a strong fit for extended villa stays, vacation homes, summer rentals, families, house guests, everyday dining, and multi-day bookings.

Family-Style Private Dining
Family-Style Private Dining is designed for gatherings where the meal should feel elevated, seasonal, generous, and shared. This path works well for family gatherings, celebrations, holidays, corporate gatherings, vacation homes, and private events where hospitality, connection, and a relaxed table matter.

Private Tasting Experiences
Private Tasting Experiences are Chef Chris's most refined and immersive offering. This path is designed for intimate groups seeking a personalized multi-course menu, thoughtful pacing, refined technique, modern presentation, and a chef-led evening that feels polished from start to finish.

How Private Dining Works

The process begins with an inquiry. Chef Chris reviews the date, location, guest count, occasion, kitchen details, preferred service style, and any early menu direction.

From there, the experience is shaped around the event. Menus are developed with attention to seasonality, guest preferences, allergies, dietary needs, pacing, and the tone of the evening.

Once the details are aligned, Chef Chris handles the culinary planning and execution so the host can stay present with guests.

How This Differs From Traditional Catering

Traditional catering often starts with a set menu or service package. Chef Chris's private dining starts with the event itself.

The menu, pacing, service style, and execution are shaped around the occasion, the table, and the expectations of the host. The focus is on precision, hospitality, and a private dining experience that feels considered from planning through service.

Chef Chris specializes in bespoke fine‑dining tasting menus & wine pairings. Each experience features a fully customized 5–10 course menu inspired by your favorite ingredients, preferred proteins, and the finest premium, peak‑season produce.

All allergies and dietary restrictions are thoughtfully accommodated.


Chef Chris accepts only one dinner or event per day, ensuring complete focus, precision, and an uncompromised standard of excellence. All reservations are subject to availability and secured on a first-come, first-served basis with a 20% retainer.
