“Chris and his staff hosted a beautiful intimate family wedding dinner this past weekend in Long Island... we cannot say enough about how amazing the entire experience turned out! They showed up hours beforehand to prep, tolerated our entire family and our golden-doodle parading in and out of the kitchen all afternoon/night and even greeted us with champagne immediately after the ceremony! The personalized Wedding menus were a great touch, and every course was accompanied by a personal description by Chris himself. The waitstaff and assistant chef were extremely hospitable and responsive, and the food was IMPECCABLE. The plating presentation was A+, and Chris even brought some of his own wine to serve with dinner. The kitchen was left cleaner than they found it, and they brought the perfect plates for each course. We cannot say enough about how nice it felt to have absolutely no worries about the entire meal. From the bread and butter spread to the dessert, and they even packaged leftover sauces and sides for us. Thank you for an amazing experience Chris and staff!!!”
